From the outset, Ben has played a key role in launching the recently updated Calm website and is always forward thinking when it comes to smarter, more efficient ways of working in-house. Be it a project management system or the latest communication app, he embraces and encourages new working methods and technology, keeping in line with the demands of our growing company.
